Cancellations & Refunds

• As we only stock well known 'Branded Products', we will only exchange if the product is of manufacturing fault. In the circumstance arising where through no fault of , a purchase is made in error, we will be happy to refund you 70% of the value of the item, and will charge the nominal fee of £10.00 to recover our costs in sending the item(s) out to you originally. In the circumstance we have to arrange collection of the goods, you will also be liable for another £10.00 for collection of the goods.
